How Exercise Can Help With Anti Aging

Strength training has been proven to help the body naturally produce HGH. The more you train the more your body produces HGH.     So for every hour I work out in the gym (which I pay for monthly), my body is producing $10k worth of HGH naturally? Wow, someone needs to figure out a way to easily get this stuff out of our bodies. I can sacrifice an hour or two of my time.
