Fade Acne Scar

If persistent bad acne outbreaks over the years have left your skin discolored and scarred there are many all natural techniques you can use to fade acne scar. Of course, there are also a lot of expensive, time consuming and more invasive techniques that can be used also and for some people, especially those with very damaged skin, they may be the only option. But to start off you'd be better off trying to find the relief you want from the easier and less expensive natural methods.

Many of these methods will cost very little to try and you can do them yourself right from your own home. Add to that the fact that they have a high rate of success and you can understand why I recommend starting with the all natural options first and only moving on to the other more expensive options as a last resort.

Here is a list of some of the most common home remedies you can use that may help you eliminate, or lessen, your acne scars:

1. Lemon juice. Take a mid sized lemon and cut it in half, squeeze the juice into a bowl and mix the lemon juice with cool water, soak a soft washcloth in the lemon water until it is soaked through, wring out all the excess water so that you are left with a damp washcloth, use the lemon water soaked washcloth as a compress, apply to your trouble spots and leave it on your skin for several minutes. You can do this process daily.

2. Make a trip to your local organic store and purchase 100% olive oil and rosehip oil. Thoroughly clean and dry your skin so that all excess dirt and toxins have been removed. Gently rub the olive oil over your acne scars several times throughout the day to help regenerate your skin and heal your scars.

Rub the rosehip oil into your skin on your scars twice a day, once in the morning and once at night. This oil is renowned for it's healing properties and can fade your scars over a period of time.

Some words of caution: If you have any allergic reaction make sure to see your doctor right away. Don't start this process if you are taking any type of medications at all, even over the counter ones, without first talking to your doctor. Don't combine these two processes, try one at a time and you have to be willing to give it several weeks before you can really determine if it is an effective treatment for you.

If you want to fade acne scar, you have more options than you might realize. You don't have to spend thousands of dollars and months of your time to get results. You may be one of the lucky ones who can get relief from simple, inexpensive, natural remedies. At least you can give these remedies a try, you don't have anything to lose and they might just work great for you.
