In fact, there is a good chance that you might already be eating some of these foods. If you are trying to lose weight then a slow metabolism will only hold you back, if you can get your metabolism running at a high speed then you will notice significant weight loss. These 'superfoods' are great for speeding up your metabolic rate and help you achieve your weight loss goal.
